By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or accessing any part of AgentEdge, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AgentEdge is a digital training platform for real estate brokerages and their agents. Our services include:

• Access to agent onboarding and training modules
• Brokerage admin dashboard for managing agent access and training
• Customized traiining platform and AI Mentor App (upgraded packages)
• Ongoing support and updates (upgraded packages)

Upon purchasing Agent Edge LLC, the training content becomes fully yours to customize, maintain, and use indefinitely within your organization. However, the content may not be resold, shared, or distributed—either in whole or in part—to any brokers, teams, or offices outside your own. Additionally, no agent, team member, or administrator within your organization is permitted to copy, replicate, or redistribute the materials beyond internal use. We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any portion of the service at our sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Broker admins are responsible for managing their agent/team’s access.

Access to AgentEdge requires a paid hosting subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase
• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice if Agent Edge's final payment has not been secured.

All content provided on Agent Edge LLC —including text, videos, graphics, course materials, and branding—is the property of Agent Edge LLC and/or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or resell our content
• Claim ownership or repackage the material for commercial use
• Share login access or redistribute paid materials outside your organization

Custom platform versions provided to brokerages remain the intellectual property of Agent Edge LLC but can be used to train agents and modified by licensors.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach these Terms and have not paid your final payment.
• Your hosting subscription lapses without renewal
• The hosting website choose to discontinue the platform

Upon termination, your right to access content and services will immediately cease.

AgentEdge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That results from training will guarantee success in real estate
• That customizations or integrations will be compatible with all systems and technology

You use the platform at your own discretion, and we strongly recommend reviewing and customizing all content to align with your local market conditions and internal office policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Edge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this platform, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harrison County / Mississippi.
