As brokerage owners, our initial vision was to maintain a small, elite team of top-producing agents. However, we soon recognized that agents' circumstances evolve—some relocate, others leave the business, and a few venture out to establish their own brokerages. To ensure consistent growth and stability, we needed to continuously recruit and develop new talent. Attracting experienced agents from other brokerages proved challenging, as they often remained unless deeply dissatisfied. We shifted our focus to identifying promising individuals and nurturing them into high-performing agents aligned with our culture. Balancing the demands of onboarding, training, and coaching several agents annually—while managing the brokerage and other business ventures—was overwhelming. Hosting in-person classes and events to foster a strong culture added to the workload, risking burnout. We realized that automating training without sacrificing quality was key. This insight led to the development of AgentEdge.

This approach accelerated onboarding for new agents and kept the entire team aligned, fostering a collaborative environment where agents support and learn from one another. By eliminating the repetitive aspects of training, AgentEdge allowed us to focus on growth, recruitment, cultural events and increasing profitability—without the need to add another salary to our payroll. The Build Out Process
Phase One
We start with a one-on-one video consultation to learn about your brokerage’s needs, structure, brand, and goals, while walking you through the platform to ensure a smooth and easy setup. After that call, you’ll gain access to your customizable onboarding checklist — ready for you to edit with your office-specific details — along with broker training videos designed to guide you through adding your office policies, state-specific requirements, and personalized content into the system. For most brokers this takes 1 - 2 weeks to complete.
Phase two
In Phase Two, we’ll schedule a second video consultation and release additional modules for you to review and customize with your brokerage and state-specific information. During this phase, we’ll also brand your platform with your colors, logos, and identity to create a seamless, cohesive experience that feels uniquely yours. Some modules will require extensive editing to reflect your processes, while others are fully built and ready to use without changes. Most brokers complete this phase within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on their schedule.
Phase Three
In Phase Three, we’ll schedule a third video consultation if needed, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback, or address any challenges. We’ll also release the final set of modules for you to review and edit. As with previous phases, some modules will require broker-specific edits, while others are fully built and ready to use as-is. By this stage, you’ll have access to all modules, lessons, and resources within your training platform. Most brokers complete this phase within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on their schedule.
Phase four
In Phase Four, we’ll host a final video consultation to review your completed training platform, walk you through the agent onboarding process, and outline best practices for introducing the platform to your current agents and seamlessly onboarding new agents moving forward. After this phase, we will no longer have access to your platform. However, should you need additional support in the future, we do offer assistance at an hourly rate, upon request. You also have full access to the hosting platform’s Help Center, which provides step-by-step guidance.
Our turnkey training template is designed to help you quickly and easily build a fully customized training platform for your brokerage — giving you everything you need in one simple, ready-to-use system. Once complete, your platform will be fully branded to your brokerage and customized to fit your processes, tools, and policies. It comes pre-loaded with AI-powered training videos (that you can keep, edit, or replace anytime), an AI chatbot that answers agent questions and builds confidence, editable quizzes to track progress, and printable resources agents can use immediately as they learn and take action. Throughout the build-out process, we work closely with you — helping keep things on track and holding you accountable so you can launch as quickly and smoothly as possible. We also offer optional services to create custom contract videos for your state — or you and your team can easily create and upload your own. Once built, your platform becomes a long-term asset for your brokerage — designed to simplify onboarding, accelerate agent development, and support ongoing training. What you create is entirely yours. There are no large monthly fees to keep access, and we’ll never take it away. The only ongoing cost is a hosting platform — where you can continue to add, remove, or edit content anytime.
