Yes, all the of the content provided can be edited.

Can the AI videos be changed or edited? 

No, but these videos are very informative and if you would like to create your own to replace the AI videos provided, you can.

Can I add my own training materials and content?

Absolutely, you can add extra modules, lessons, quizzes, videos and much more.

Can you help me create state/office contract videos  and edit the platform?

Absolutely, our staff is available to guide and assist throughout the build-out process, but additional fees may apply if edits need to be completed after the platform is live.

Do I pay per agent, or is it a one-time cost?

We charge a set feet to build out and deliver the platform that varies depending on which plan you choose. However, there is a third-party hosting fee for the training platform, starting at approximately $40 per month.

How long does it take to set up AgentEdge?

Depending on the broker's timeline, it could take two months or more. In most cases, two months.

What if I don’t have time to create videos—can you do it for me?

Yes, but additional fees may apply. However we do recommend certain portions of the content come from you - such as the "Welcome Video".

How do agents access the training?

Each agent will have their own login, and the broker or team lead, can track their training and quiz progress.

Can agents complete training at their own pace?

Absolutely. Each agent will have their own login and lessons to complete at their own pace.

Is there a way to track agent progress?

Yes, the broker/admin can see how well agents are performing on quizzes, when agents last logged in, and if they are completing lessons and steps.

Do I need to install anything, or is it cloud-based?

It is 100% cloud based. Currently, we run the program on a platform called "Thinkific." They charge a low, monthly hosting fee starting at approximately $40 a month.

What platform does AgentEdge run on?

We currently use a learning management system called "Thinkific" to host the Training Platform.
