We provide a pre-built list of 30 essential tasks—including branding updates, system access, and lead source setup—which you can tailor to your office's specific needs by adding, removing, or modifying tasks at no extra cost. This flexibility ensures a consistent and efficient onboarding experience, saving you time and setting your agents up for success from day one.
Each of your agents receives their own individual login, allowing them to complete onboarding tasks and training at their own pace while following a structured, guided path. There’s no limit to the number of agents you can add — and no additional fees for adding more. Brokers and admins have full visibility into each agent’s progress through the back office, including completed modules, quiz scores, and overall engagement. Getting started is simple — brokers add agents into the system, assign them their courses, and the agent receives an email to create their own secure login. As long as an agent remains with your brokerage, they’ll have full access to their onboarding checklist and any courses you’ve granted them — allowing them to revisit training materials anytime they need a refresher. If an agent leaves your brokerage, removing their access is as easy as clicking a button.
We begin with a personalized one-on-one video consultation to understand your brokerage’s structure, brand, and goals. This session includes a guided walkthrough of the platform to familiarize you with its features and ensure a smooth setup experience. During this consultation, we'll discuss the specific information needed to build out your agent onboarding module.
Additionally, we provide exclusive broker training videos, along with ideas, scripts, and examples, to assist you in seamlessly integrating office and state-specific details into other modules. These resources are designed to help you customize your training platform effectively and streamline the setup process.

Once you've completed the onboarding checklist—typically within a week, depending on your schedule—we'll schedule a second video consultation to further enhance your training platform. In this session, we'll release additional modules for your review and editing, and begin collecting more information to tailor the platform to your brokerage's unique brand. This includes integrating your colors, logos, and visuals to create a cohesive learning experience. Throughout the process, we provide clear instructions, examples, and scripts to help you refine content and optimize the user experience.

In Phase 3, we release the remaining modules for your review and customization. At this stage, we may schedule an optional third video consultation to address any questions or challenges you've encountered. As we approach completion, our focus shifts to finalizing your platform's design and content, ensuring full alignment with your brokerage's branding and operational needs. Our team remains available to assist with any last-minute adjustments, providing instructions and examples to fine-tune details. Once all final edits are made, the platform's structure is locked in, and we'll discuss the next steps to ensure a smooth rollout. At this point, your brokerage will have a fully customized training system, ready to deliver a structured, efficient, and branded learning experience to your agents.

With your training platform fully built, Phase 4 focuses on launch and implementation. We'll schedule a fourth video consultation to review the site together and discuss best practices for introducing it to your current agents and integrating it into your process for new agents joining your office. Our goal is to ensure maximum adoption and efficiency as you roll out your platform.
While some brokers launch within 2–3 months, others may take additional time for customization. It's important to understand that what we've built together is yours to own and edit indefinitely. You can add new lessons, modules, or replace videos with your own content. You even have the flexibility to move all the information to another platform if you choose. What we provide is a scalable training system without high monthly fees, ensuring your access is never revoked.
